Registration and Payment Guidelines

1. All attendees must complete this form. If you are in Other Categories (non-authoring & non-presenting), you can complete the form along with the First Author/Co-Author.
2. The registration fee covers all activities, refreshments, receptions, dinners, and lunches during the conference. Please note that the registration fee does not include transportation, accommodation, or post-conference guided tours. Given the high cost of living in Taiwan, a half-day tour will be arranged by a professional travel agency after the conference. Interested participants will need to pay half the tour cost (please pay in NT dollars cash by October 19th), with the remaining half covered by Ming Chuan University. This tour requires a minimum of 20 participants to proceed.
3. In this application form, two papers as first author and 1 paper as co-authors. The final fees will be totaled by the system and displayed on the webpage.
